It bugs me that NFS:MW is higher ranked than Condemned.  The latter is probably my #1 360 game played so far. I can completely and objectively say that if you didn't like Condemned, then you probably are a Communist. Or a jerk.  Probably both.   :D

On a side note...are Metacritic and Gamerankings pretty much the same thing, or do they compile scores differently?

It's only a difference of 84 vs 81 between the two games, so you can probably consider them rated equal for all intents and purposes.

I haven't done a comparison between Metacritic and Gamerankings, so I'm not sure how different the pools are from which they select their data.

Oh, and I love the fact that the day after I pull the list, it changed: Moto GP has been added between NFS and Condemned, pushing Kameo off the list.

I grabbed Condemned from Gamefly along with Prey.  I plowed through Prey pretty quickly and have now jumped over to Condemned.  I am a few chapters in and am really enjoying the game.  I find its atmosphere and general look and feel to be very moody, almost like I am playing a game set in the world of "Seven."  Can't wait to finish it.  So far, it is one of my favs on the 360.

Why does the Oblivion downloadable content count as a top rated game?  In my opinion, that unfairly knocks out two from the top 20.

Hey, enough sites reviewed them to get their own metascores, so in they go.

The next two games on the list were:

NBA 2K7
Need for Speed Most Wanted (which was tied with Crackdown)
