I'm sure I'll be getting them again.  I almost bought the theatrical editions at Christmas when they dropped to $30 but I prefer the extended editions.  I have seen bits and pieces of the theatrical blu rays and they did look pretty awesome.  It'll all come down to price for me.

I have no problems with how my extended edition DVDs look running from my PS3. No double dipping here.

Once again, Bryan fails to understand the modern world. If only he'd been born in 1945, so he could be in a time that made sense to him!

Why didn't they just put it on two sides of the same disc, so you can get up and flip it like an album a laser disc?

I, for one, really dislike doubled sided movies.  It's what they did with DVDs originally.  Way to easy to scratch or get fingerprints on.

Double disc doesn't bother me in the slightest.  And I definitely prefer it over a flipper two-sided disc.  With movies that long I'm certainly going to get up in the middle.  Hell, movies that long in the theater have an intermission.

I like it when they play the newsreels at intermission, between double features.
