Finished Mass Effect (the first one) yesterday. I'm really glad you all talked me into playing it. It was a great game. I did most of the side missions and got the "Finished Majority of the Campaign" achievement.

The production values were so good, and the dialogue was interesting enough that I didn't mind all the dialogue.

And now I'm really looking forward to playing ME2 soon, it looks amazing!
